Professionalism & Respect
We expect all communications on the platform to be professional and constructive. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will not be tolerated.
Please Do
- Treat everyone with respect regardless of background or identity.
- Provide constructive feedback on work delivered.
- Communicate delays or issues proactively.
Do Not
- Use profanity, slurs, or discriminatory language.
- Threaten users with bad reviews to extort services.
- Make unwanted sexual advances or remarks.
Safety & Security
Protecting your personal information and financial security is paramount.
Do not share personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social media profiles) before a contract has started. All pre-contract communication must happen within the ByWorkr message center.
Honesty & Integrity
Misrepresentation undermines the marketplace. You must be truthful about who you are and what you can do.

No Fake Profiles
Profile photos must be of you (or your agency logo). Do not use stock photos or celebrity images.

Original Work Only
Freelancers must not claim others' work as their own in portfolios. Plagiarism in delivered work creates immediate grounds for account suspension.

No Review Manipulation
Do not buy or sell reviews. Do not create fake client accounts to hire yourself for positive feedback.
