How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter the email address associated with yourByWorkr account, and we will send you a link to create a new password.

When will I recieve my payment?

Payments are processed every Wednesday. If you requested a withdrawal before Tuesday at 5 PM EST, your funds should arrive in your connected bank account within 2-3 business days.

How do I open a dispute?

If you have an issue with an active request, navigate to the help page and select "Report a Problem" from the options menu. Our Trust & Safety team will review the case within 24 hours.

How can I delete my account?

We're sorry to see you go. You can close your account by going to Settings > Security > Delete Account. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
