Privacy

Your personal details like phone number, mail and others details is what we keep private on our platform. So when you text, your number is hidden.

Renderer Tracking

We track and record every single request from begining to the end that occurs on our platform be it in the day or night.

Safety features

We have made our safety tools on our platform to be easily accesible when you request for a service.

Emergency button

Emergency assistance is an in-app feature where you can silently reach to emergency response group which discloses your location and details immediately.

Rendering limit

We made it compulsory for our renderers to have a shift to get sufficient rest and get their body & mind refreshed before accepting requests.

Share my request

You can set up and notify your loved ones by sharing your request details which display the name and location of the requester so they will be aware.

Request Scan

If we notice a request have gone the opposite direction and the renderer is at fixed position for more than the stipulated time of a request. We'll reach out to both the requester and renderer to know if they're safe.

Two-way rating

This gives us the result of the requester's attitude and if the requester continously recieves low rating, we may be forced to ban the requester from using Questunit to protect our community.

Headpoints to stay safer
before

  • Check location
  • Before accepting a request, please double-check the location of where you're about heading to and if it's an unsafe zone, skip the request.

  • Picture and Pin verification
  • Ensure the face of the reqester matches what is on their profile and ask who they're here for. Once the picture matches the face of the requester, verify the pin on their device with yours before proceeding.

  • Trust your instinct
  • And should there be any doubt in your mind concerning the requester. Politely let the requester know and cancel the request.

    During

  • Assistance
  • If you need assistance with what you don't know how to handle or don't have at the moment, please ask your requester.

  • Respect and kindness
  • Always treat your requester with respect and kindness. Incase if any incident occurs; like an accident or health crisis- tap the saftey icon and reach out to emergency contact on the app.

  • Conflict handling
  • When conflict between you and your requester arises, be mindful of your body languages and do your best to remain calm and keep your voice low then most importantly avoid physcial and verbal confrontations.

  • Share your request details
  • Sharing your location or alerting your family member or a friend of your whereabout is important as well at very request.

    After

  • Star Rating
  • Remember to rate your requester with sincerity to help us filter our community for good. Continous low ratings will only push us to temporarily ban the requester from the app for two weeks and when banned temporarily for more than twice leads to permanent ban.

  • Feedback
  • We take feedbacks seriously so right after the rating, your feedback which is below tends to help us expand our imagination of your experience as this will help us improve where it is needed.

  • Forgotten item(s)
  • If you forgot anything that belongs to you, you can still reach out to your requster via our message icon but once 24hours elaspes, their contact(s) gets cleared from the message page automatically. If you're not invited to the requester's premises, please don't go back as you may be breaching their privacy which is an offense and against our community guidelines.
